Arp Odyssey; Test point locations missing in manual & on PCBs

The service lists test points, but there is no indication on the circuit boards or in the service manual where they are located. What am I missing?

The test points will be round holes in the PCB surrounded by silver trace - the pic here shows TP2 and TP3. Where the test points are located depends on which of several versions of boards you have, but at least this is what they will look like.
