Ensoniq TS10 power and sequencer issue

Greetings all, I’m a newbie here.

I have two TS10s. One does not power on, I hear a faint humming sound coming from the the area of the power supply when I turn it on but the screen does not light up. I hear a pop in my headphones when I turn it on as well but there is no sound from the keyboard. The other one is working however whenever I set the GOTO function to start playing from a specified bar on the Locate page and hit play or record, it reverts to bar one. Any help in resolving any of these issues would be appreciated.

My brain appears to have been on vacation with regards the GOTO function. I realize now that I should have been pressing the ‘Continue’ button not the ‘Play’ button. My apologies for wasting anyone’s time.
My issue with my 2nd TS10 with regard to it not powering on is still valid and if anyone can help I’d appreciate it.
