Hey all,

I just got a hold of a Korg Lambda ES-50, and was super excited to try it when I found that the majority of the Eb keys on-board, except for the last one, as well as a cluster of keys (last octave of F-A natural) appear to not be providing note feedback across both the percussive and ensemble sounds. Additionally, all C notes played in the ensemble section introduce an atonal sound not present in other notes. Finally, tuning LED B appears to be locked in a permanently on state, which was not the case upon first power-on, although the oscillator appears to respond to turning its pot (but is thinner than expected).

Based on my knowledge and research, I believe this may be the AMI S10430 Top Octave Divider chip, but see some other docs showing that the 50241 Top Octave Generator chip may also be going out on me. Anyone have experience here with the Korg Lambda or similar synths which might be able to drive in the right direction?
