Korg RK-100S defective stereo output

Last August I bought a second hand RK-100S after a brief and, unfortunately, superficial try.
After a while I realized that connecting a pair of headphones to its unique output, only the left channel is heard
With a friend of mine we tore down RK-100S and with a tester checked all the wires that connect the audio output to the synth engine, and they appear in good shape. On the little board there are also some SMDs that might be broken, but we were not able to check them.
All that said, I’m trying to figure out what could be the damaged part of the unit.
It could be the amplifier section or, in the worst cases, the synth engine itself.
Any clues?
Please help! TIA
