Korg X-50 LCD dimming down to practically nothing

This has happen over time, not all at once. And not an emergency. This board is old, but muy phat!
Is there a replacement lamp, or does the entire LCD display have to be replaced?
Any help/experience would be apprecianado.

it seems to use LGP backlight with white led on the edgde.
I think it’s not really difficult to change them for same or other color by someone having electronics skills.
