Hi, i have an OB-8 in for repair and the power transformer is faulty. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get one, or recommend an equivalent. Judging by the schematic, the power transformer in the OB-Xa also seems to be the same type. I found an OB-Xa transformer on eBay but they wont send to Australia. Any help appreciated. (I’m in Sydney, Australia)
What about getting a custom torroidal transformer. It is not that expensive. I know only one service in Australia, but I am sure that there are others too.
