So I have a jx-3p that I just got. All features appear to work fine except for when I use the sequencer: When recording a sequence, it will record and track the note steps (with button lights) but when I go to playback it doesn’t show the note position on the sequence like I’ve seen other jx-3p’s do. It’s odd because all other functions on the sequencer work. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?
I have the same problem and looking for the cause
It’s not a issue with your machine, you have to activate it.
Hold the rest button (looks like a “7”, next to the sequencer rate slider) while pressing play.
