# Roland xp-50 hang problem

Hello sir, after turning on my keyboard for some time, it hangs, no button works, no tone changes. Sometimes the last key loud speaker keeps playing. If I turn it off and on, no program appears on the display. After turning it off for a while, the program appears. But after running for 2-5 minutes it hangs again.

Hi!

I’ve been trying to get my beloved instrument working again for several years, but with no success.

I have a cherished Roland XP50 as well. Mine seems absolutely fine except that the main board or mother board needs replacing, for several (most?) of the patches come through corrupted.😓
