I have an Alesis D4 and it won’t store changes to my drumsets. It reverts back to the factory settings when turned off. Does anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix it? Thank you.
Usually that means you need a new internal battery. You can measure the voltage of the battery in yours and if its low then its time to replace it. We have them available on our website.
