Has anyone else experienced this? My Ion OS completely locks up (including stuck notes) every so often, requiring power cycle to get out of it. I’ve done multiple factory resets, and well as firmware updates, but the issue persists. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue, as I’ve not found anything on the interwebs about it.
That is a tough thing to track down, especially since you’ve done firmware updates. Have you talked to anyone at Alesis about this? Their phone number is (401) 658-5760 - maybe you will get lucky there…
I haven’t tried in a long time, as they have a tendency to shun any products that have been discontinued for more than 10 years, and I really don’t feel like dealing with that kind of spite for the customer. I’m starting to think that it might be the only option at this point, though. Thanks for the response!
