I resolved all the issues, had it working, decided to recap it. There was nothing to indicate any problem with the caps just seemed like a good idea at the time. Plug it back in after the recap and now the only sign of life is the LCD backlight coming on. Put all of the original caps back in, still nothing but the backlight. I have no idea where to even start looking. I have schematics, DMM and a cheesy little scope. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
