Arius Jack port issue

I have a Yamaha Arius YDP 143. I use my headphone wire with a Jack to plug into the piano to practice but it seems to have stopped working
I’ve tried new headphones and a new cable but it’s still not working
If I ‘jiggle’ the connection into the piano I can get some sound but only for a second

The port seems to be removable and I’m wondering if I can source a new one to replace it
Any advice ?

Remove the port and have a look at the solder connections on the headphone jack. It may just be a bad solder joint or a cracked circuit trace.
