Casio CZ3000 does not power on

I’ve owned a CZ3000 since the 90s and recently it has started not powering on (no LEDs, no sound, no LCD). I’ve found that if I leave the power on it will come on by itself eventually. It’s almost like it needs to warm up. I’m wondering about the caps in power supply and if they could be the cause and need replacing and how difficult it is for a skilled technician to do this? (photos of the power boards below). I don’t have the skills myself without burning things and potentially electrocuting myself! Thanks for any advice on my first post here.

What are the voltages on your supply? Do they rise as it powers on?

I have a voltmeter and trying to figure out from the service manual where to measure voltage levels. A post here about cz5000 power says to measure orange and black going to the transformer from the first board (3rd picture). Is this right? In the UK here

This looks a bit tricky to tell.
I’ve just taken a look at the CZ-5000 schematic and it doesn’t look the same as the CZ-3000.
Try to find the ground signal which should be the negative side of an electrolytic capacitor on the low voltage side. Then check to see if there’s a 78M05 or 78M15 voltage regulator for +5v and +15v accordingly. Some other rails may be regulated by transistors. It’ll take a bit of tracing tracks to find them all, but you should be able to find most of them.
