DX100 Contact Strip Repair

I picked up a DX100 from someone who tried to “clean” the contact strip with alcohol, very effectively removing all of the conductive material from it. :man_facepalming: The contract strip is otherwise in pretty good condition, but of course it’s pretty much useless without the conductive material.

I found this post describing an approach to restoring the conductive coating, but I haven’t been able to US supplier for the graphite spray mentioned in the post.

Does anyone know where I might find an appropriate material to apply to the contact strip? Or perhaps someone has another suggestion?

Try the conductive keyboard repair kit (for keypads, computer keyboards), I used Chemtronics CW2605 on two drum machines where the conductive pads had failed and it worked well.
