(TS-10 Keyboard Calibration error - #17 by Fabyan) this is a good article on the ts10, which uses a similar keybed. you can look through this to see if it gets you close to what your issues are.
Thesonic does keybed repairs for all of the ensoniq units. he was one of the tech guys at ensoniq before they got bought out and closed. If you sent the keybed assembly to him, he will send a rebuilt one back. but you will have to phone him - he doesn’t answer his emails.
