Ensoniq ASR-10 with key noise

Hi there,

I have a ASR-10 which I absolutely love. But the keys make a lot of noise specially on release. It’s over the whole keybed and I was wondering if it can be fixed? Is it the key bushings that need to be replaced? I saw that Syntaur only have 14 upper key bushings in stock, are there other ways to get this the keyboard more quiet?

Any help would be very kind…

Hi Rawbeem,

I might state the obvious, but depending on the complexity of the bushings you can maybe make some yourself.
are they made of plastic? or something else?
or maybe you know some-one who can 3d print some for you?
anyway, a picture might help if you could make one?
