Hello All! Trying to use this EPS as a midi controller. But I cant seem to figure out how to change octaves to my outboard synths Im running to. Any help would be amazing.

You could do it on you slave Synths. As old as that synth is it may not support octave shifts, let alone transmitting that as MIDI data.
I believe you can do this by using what Ensoniq called Performance Presets. You should be able to find an explanation of these in the manual, or on Google.
