Ensoniq sd-1 suddenly died, no power at all

My Sd-1 just died. No power at all. I’ve checked all the fuses and they’re all good.
I’ve hooked my voltmeter to the L and ground terminals of the line filter and I get a reading of 72-80v. Shouldn’t it be 110v? I assumed the filter would either be 110v or nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Put the meter between “L” and “N” … not “GND” - what you read then?
