I recently had a K1 II drop into my lap, and with a replacement PSU, it’s entirely dead.
I opened it up, and while the fuse appears to be okay, the main board foil shield has broken off from various solder points around the board.
Would these broken solder points cause this kind of “dead” behavior?

Very possible the broken ground solder can cause this issue. Only way to see is to rework the solder joints and test to rule out any other issues.
