I have a yamaha moxf8 bought it people moving no sound system turned it on lcd lit up lights running up and down thought we’ll all good took it home woops 5 f flats 2 a, 4 d not working. Took it all apart cleaned everything under keys took rubber boots off cleaned them spotless. Put back together still the same. Took it back apart did conductivity on 27 contacts on ribbon to main board cleaned it with same alcohol recommended. Still the same. Wondering what am I missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Also did factory reset.

Try to get hold of the service manual and check the matrix that scans the keys.
Hopefully this will tell you which row/column might be faulty.
