Hello!
I have a DW8000 and everything works great except when you press “on” on the arpeggiator no sound comes out. The diods lights up appropriately when using the buttons in that section but no sound when on. When turning the arpeggiator off the sound comes back like nothing’s happened.
Anyone having a clue what it might be?

Hello,
There’s no reason for the CPU to handle everything except the arpeggiator.
Unless there’s a problem with the external clock dedicated to the arpeggiator (Pin 17 of the HD63B03X) !
Take a closer look at the circuits that make up this clock, or perhaps also the SPEED potentiometer

After being in storage a few days, I took the synth out and low and behold, the arp fires up and is now miraculously working!

Sometimes it’s better to wait !
It’s better that way !
