I have a Minipops 5. Aside from the strange shape of the machine, I love it. I have done some obvious recapping, but wanted to know if there is a source for schematics. So far I have found no service manuals or schematics anywhere! The schematics for the Minipops 7 are similar enough I got some sense of how the multivibrator circuits are set up, and how the clock feeds into the flip flops. The analog circuits I can understand. Power supply on these old machines is scary: just a power transistor as a current source, maybe a zener diode if you are lucky.
