Korg N 1 88 keys..1 note very noisy under amplification

Only 1 E note in middle of keyboard…makes an odd sound when even when not powered no other key makes…when the key is released…very suttle almost like a slight suction sound… when listening with ear very close to the key…when powered this note makes a harsh buzzing sound when played at normal volume…or velocity…the sound is almost as if there were a paperclip betweent the contacts of this note in my imagination…this noise is present on all registration sounds…although not as prominent in some.it seems to dimish on some selected registrations when this note is played played at the front most part of the key bed as opposed to the very end of the key…closest to the player…any help appreciated…I have only done key strips on cheeper yamahas…this is all new to me…any help is appreciated…I have only removed the top & front rail so far…have not touched the keybed yet…

Hello Stevieb, Have you tried using a midi controller with your korg N1?
Tip: do this to verify the problem is the keys contacts or some other electronics failure.
Good luck!

Thanks…I will do that…excellent Idea…I several others to try it with…
