Korg Triton LE keyboard issue(velocity)

Hello,

I have an issue with my Korg Triton LE in that one of the keys seems to trigger full velocity more readily then it should when pressed.

I have accessed the diagnostics/service menu and said key fails the velocity test portion in terms of not being within the max value the diagnostic expects when the key is pressed, and does so pretty consistently. All other keys pass behave consistently during this test and pass even after multiple run though of the test. It would appear from some (re)searching this could very well be a case of the contacts on that key needing clearing/wiping.

Is this the likely issue given what I have described ?

Wondering if it alternatively might be an issue with the contact interface under that key, the rubber cup being out of place or some foreign bit of debris in that contact area. Part of inspecting and cleaning that contact. Good luck.
