I am a band teacher and had a Kurzweil Cup2 donated to our program. The afternoon they dropped it off it worked so I shut it down and when I came in the next morning to really check it out it had issues. I turned it on and it shows OS Load Error 3 so I went to their site, downloaded the update for it, used a WIndows laptop with a USB-C to USB-B cable and move the kuf file over to it and ran the update on the piano and then I get update failed error 10. I tried emailing their support but haven’t heard anything so hoping someone here might be able to help. it’s in gorgeous condition so really hopeful I can get it up and running.
