Kurzweil K2000 SCSI not booting

Hello! I have a Kurzweil K2000R, I’ve recently upgraded to one of those SCSI2SD boards for internal storage but I’ve been having issues, no matter what, it doesn’t post. The fan just moves.

I’ve been told that the only thing I need is the SCSI cable, which I’ve already replaced, but I don’t know what else I may be needing. Any help?

the sdcard needs to be properly formatted, using the scsisd2 editor to properly setup how the unit reads the sd cards.

chicken systems offers preformatted sdcards at a nominal price which saves you a lot of stress trying to set up the card. I have the K2500 and it works well. I’m not sure if the K2000 is slightly different with its scsi implementation, but Garth (chicken systems guy) would know that.
