I have a pc3k7 that won’t boot, I replaced the 1uf 50v capacitor, pcb jack and still haven’t had any success.
What does the screen show when it is trying to boot?
what is the voltage of the CR2032?
Try removing the battery, leave it out for 10-20 mins, then fit a few one to be sure. That should clear the RAM out which might be full of bad data. But I’ve never seen that on my units.
