When I turn on my MO6, the display stays on the Yamaha logo and does nothing else. The process doesn’t continue; it just freezes. I need help, please.
Hi, dude. Thanks. I try what you post me, but dont works. When i switch on, the YAMAHA logo begins to flash… and nothing else. No matter what i try. I see that the knob of the screen contrast works, but thats all. I have discover that the keyboard has a big crash. One key was broken. I dont somenthing else,like motherboard or other component can can be damaged. I believe its nit a software problem, seems to be a phisycal damage.
Thanks again for all, and waiting if theres something else i can do. Its my way if earn money.

Hi, try disconnecting the AC power cord, open it up from it’s bottom. You probably need to change it’s Lithium battery. Almost every vintage piece of gear I owned needed to have their Lithium battery changed. Then when you reconnect it’s power cable you will need to factory reset it by holding down specific buttons. Check Google for the info, they will give you instructions or show you a link to a youtube.com video on how to do it. Hope this helps, good luck my brother.
