It’s actually a Nord Stage 3 Hammer Action 88
Sound like the key is not locking into place. Check that the key locks in at the back end of the key there is a small square hole. When installing the key into position there is a tab (key pivot) that insert and lock the key also before installing the key make sure that there is the small return spring is seated.
