Novation support told me to contact you because you are an authorized service center. 2 of the drum pads do not work at all and 1 is intermittent. Novation support said I would have to buy the part since my Impulse 61 is no longer under warranty. They say they have one in stock. Could you reply with a price? They said I have to get the price through an authorized service center.
The part no. AMS-FFFB001133 Drum pad assembly complete with metal support bracket.
