Privia PX-160 - Issues with key

Hello!

I am new to all of this and bought a Privia PX-160 on FB Marketplace. I noticed one of the keys was very loud and was not weighted and wanted to open and take a look. I think I damaged the key because now it does not stand all the way up. Any suggestions on parts or where I can repair in the NYC area?

The Casio piano uses rubber hammer caps. The one in question broke or disintegrated and needs to be replaced. Black and white keys use different shapes…order on eBay or Syntaur
