Roland A90 keys clicking

Hi everyone,

I’m new to this forum. So thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer.

I have a Roland A90 controller. In the last year or two, I replaced all of the hammers. Recently, I’ve been noticing a clicking sound when I press down several keys. I’m told that it’s possible that I need to replace the keybed cushion (https://www.syntaur.com/Items.php?Item=1129). Does anyone here have experience with that? If so, does that sound right, or is there another source I should be looking for?

My Yamaha CLP-120 is clunky. Needs new felt. It’s also hammer action. Guessing that is what your problem is, too.
