Hello, I’m new here, I have an older Roland FP-3 that has a intermittent keys problem, some of the keys work and sometimes they don’t. all keys are physically intact, wondering if anyone has experienced this issue? Is it worth trying to repair?. Thanks in advance.
Sounds like a contact strip issue.
Definitley the key switch boards. As a tech, I normally charge about $150 plus parts to do this job. Roland sells the set of boards complete email isadmin-rus@roland.com for availbilty/price
