Hi everyone new to the forum. I have a Roland octopad 2 PAD-80 not powering up. I have the correct power supply (9VDC center negative). I opened it up and checked voltages. The 9VDC was getting to the power board and and also the main controller board, so the power switch works fine. I noticed the ribbon cable from the main board has a red and black lead which goes to the display. (I’m assuming the red and black wires are the DC voltage supply) There is no voltage on these wires.
Assuming that the main board has gone bad. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
