Roland RD-200 replacing key contact board (mid)

[Roland] [RD-200] – [Center section keys not working] I bought this piano with the center section of keys (13 keys I believe) not working. They are consecutive, starting at middle C, and the first key working is one octave up, a natural E. After inspecting all the cables, it appears to me that the board has failed. I am ordering a replacement (used) board, but I took the keyboard assembly out, but I couldn’t see a way of getting access to the board without removing a bunch of keys (something that intimidates me for some reason). Any tips on getting to this board?

Thanks in advance

Yea, it can be a bit daunting, but it’s the only way.

Just try to keep your parts organised and take photos as you disassemble then you can refer back to where you started.

Good luck!
