Roland XP80 High Pitched Tone

Hi I am in London. I have two Roland XP80s and both have decided to ‘break’ in the same week.

One of them emits a high-pitched tone when plugged into the amp.
The other has no sound at all when plugged into the amp.

I am looking for an engineer in London, but any advice would be very welcome.

If all else fails try a factory reset. The instructions I found are:

Press UTILITY, press F6 (MENU) twice to select Factory, then ENTER. Press F6
(EXECUTE). Use the dial to turn Memory Protect OFF if necessary, press ENTER, then
press F6 (EXECUTE)
