Unfortunately they will only give them to authorized service centers. I will try their distributor. Thanks!

Hi, What is the problem with the unit?
None of the keys transmit note data either over MIDI or USB using either the included power adapter, The display lights up and the sticks are transmitting data over either MIDI or USB. This unit has never been moved except for when after having it for a year 2 key notes stopped working so I had to bring it in to get repaired and that worked for about a year than several notes stopped working and then none work like I mentioned. I have a friend who has decades of experience with electronics who is looking at it and says a service manual and or schematic would be helpful as he says nothing is marked or labeled . Thanks !
