One of the rocker switches on my Korg Lambda (the gray brass switch) has always been a little bit crooked, but worked fine (for turning the brass preset on and off), but just today I notice that it’s gotten worse. See attached pic for reference. The switch still functions properly, but it is somehow being forced up and to the left, and scrapes along the front panel of the synth on the left side when turning on or off. And it no longer snaps into place with a satisfying click. Also the switch immediately to its right (organ) is now bulging up a little and leaning to the right. I’ve attached a pic for reference.
Not being particularly technically inclined, I’m afraid to open the synth up, for fear of making things worse. Is this a problem anyone here has encountered, and if so, was it easily fixable? My guess is part of the switch (or a part that the switches attach to) may have cracked? Not sure. Before I take it to the repair shop, I thought I’d post here. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
