So, i got a yamaha CS1x from a friend. The outside is near pristine apart from some minor dings, 6 missing knobs, and a silvery bit coming from underneath the plugin port for the power that looks like it was placed in there manually. And they said that the internals looked quite good when they inspected it, though a shop said that the issue was something within the circuitry.
The friend found it laying outside in the sun, and we’ve both tested it, it doesn’t power on. Anyone here willing to help me out a little? I really want to get this thing working. Here are some pics
