Yamaha DX7s Stuck screen on Insert cartridge

Hello guys,
I just purchased a Dx7s, good conditions but without cartridge.
When I turn it on the screen is stuck on : Performance - Insert cartridge.
I tried to change it from : Extern memory to Intern memory.
But I couldn’t change It - when I press the buttons nothing change on the screen.
I tried to reset It but I couldn’t do so. nothing appears to affect the synth.

if that doesn’t work, then a tech will have to look at the power supply
for failed components causing low voltage issues.

Thank you so much for your reply.
When I opened the synth I found out that inside the power supply the cable was cut and then put together with a gaff tape.
I think the problem is coming for there.
