Hello,
I have a Yamaha EX5, the keyboard can power up, but the screen is blank, I check the contrast but noting happen, I don’t have the factory disk for reset.
Can you tell me what step I need to follow or purchase to repair this synth.

That LCD part is overly expensive.
Unfortunately parts fail because of power supply irregularities. It may be a sign of other issues. You will have to take it to a tech to find out. Ask at your local music store if they know of a person.

LCD assembly is bad. replace with WC53530R.

I think is more than the screen because no sound the computer don’t recognize the synth, and midi nothing out or in
