Yamaha KX5 battery holder

Hi,

I purchased a battery holder for my Yamaha KX5 and while I like its format much better than the original, it is a VERY tight fit in the battery compartment.

Not only that, when I connect it to the lead, the channel 1 midi button starts flashing and eventually drains the batteries.

Is there a way to post or send a short video?

Can you take a video and upload to YouTube and then provide a link to it?

Have you checked the output voltage is around 9v with all the batteries installed?

Sorry but I don’t have a YT channel or the means to measure output voltage.
