I have a older model Yamaha digital piano, a P-150, which is in great condition minus the clicking keys. I am told that this might be an easy repair but am wondering if anyone has any idea why this is happening. I’d prefer not to purchase a new board right now. It still sounds so beautiful minus the clicking keys!

Where does the click occur? When the key is depressed or released? Also, is it throughout the keyboard or on certain notes/octaves?

The clicking happens when the keys are released. And it happens throughout the entire keyboard - all octaves.
You need to replace all 3 cushions.
Syntaur 3478, 1065 and 6826
These wear out over time.
