I own two Yamaha P1, 21 pianos. The headphones, meaning headphone, jacks used to work, but now I cannot receive anything through the headphone jacks. I’ve used various headphones. I’ve done a hard reset on both pianos, and I followed all the manual instructions for activating the headsets, no luck. I did have to move the pianos from OK the former location to my home and I wonder if anything could’ve been damaged in transit otherwise I don’t have an answer anyone out there?
